1. Service Description
BuildForReps provides an appointment digitization service that allows users to send calendar information via text message, which we transform into calendar appointments and send to the user's email address. We also provide appointment reminders via text message 36-72 hours before scheduled appointments.
2. Message Frequency
Users will receive approximately 1-3 text messages per appointment: a confirmation when the appointment is created and 1-2 reminder messages 36-72 hours before the scheduled appointment.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. The charges are dependent on your mobile carrier and messaging plan.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any of our messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
5. Help Instructions
For assistance with the service, reply "HELP" to any of our messages, or contact us at zach@buildforreps.com.
6. Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in to our service, you expressly consent to receive text messages from BuildForReps related to your appointments. Your consent is not required as a condition to purchase any goods or services.
7. Data Usage
Information collected through our service is used solely to provide the appointment digitization and reminder services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. You agree that BuildForReps shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the service.
